The attic had no ventilation mats. So our team added some in the soffits. They are intended to improve air circulation in the attic in order to avoid humidity and condensation.

Access to the attic represents an air leak and the hatch must be very well insulated to prevent air from escaping.
Cellulose blowing
We blew 16” of cellulose fibers to achieve an R60 value. Cellulose is safe, environmentally friendly and very effective.
