Challenge
An overheated attic despite having insulation in place. This issue forced our client to overuse his HVAC system, leading to exorbitant energy bills and a home environment that was still uncomfortable. During the inspection, our specialist found that the existing insulation was inadequate and there were significant air leakages.
Solution
We removed the old, ineffective insulation and meticulously sealed all air leakages. This crucial step prevents unwanted air exchange, maintaining a more stable indoor temperature. We then installed our high-quality cellulose insulation, known for its superior thermal performance and eco-friendly properties.
