Reinsulating an attic in Dorval, Qc

Ms. Samoluk's attic was not re-insulated in a very long time . So when she had started feeling some cold breezes in the house, and mold excess she knew that there was something wrong and that she needed to ask a consultant.
After lots of researching, she finally found our company and asked for our free inspection!
Our specialist had noticed during his check-up that her insulation was moldy and bad so he strongly recommended changing the insulation system.
Solution
Our team of experts completely reinsulated the attic. We removed the old wool, sealed all the gaps and wired the holes on the attic floor with a polyurethane foam. Finally, we blew 16” of cellulose fibers to achieve an R60 value. Our client now can benefit from his comfortable home for many years to come.
