Problem 

Mr. Pradip had problems with accumulation of ice on his roof, and the lower part of his house was drafty and uncomfortable After careful inspection of the attic, our specialist Houssem identified poor air sealing, the presence of mold, and a lack of insulation. Houssem then proposed appropriate solutions to stop the air leaks and efficiently insulate the attic. 

Solution 

Our team, led by Colin, removed the old insulation in order to seal all remaining air leaks through the joints and other holes. Next, the mold was neutralized using our excellent products, moldX2 Cleaner and moldX2 Botanical. Finally, our experts blew in 17 inches of our cellulose fiber insulation to achieve an R60 thermal value.
