1st Step
We have removed the old insulation and sealed all air leaks (joints, holes, etc.) with the polyurethane foam.
Step 2
We have added ventilation mats in the soffits to allow air circulation in the attic and avoid high humidity.
Step 3
We have insulated the attic with 17 in. of cellulose. Cellulose is safe, environmentally friendly and very efficient.
