Installation of vents
We install vents throughout the soffits to ventilate the attic and prevent air from coming into contact with the insulation.
Insulate the access hatch
It is very common to see uninsulated access hatches. This allows air to leak so it is best to insulate it properly.
Blow 16 inches of cellulose fibers
We blow just over 16” of cellulose fibers to achieve an R-60 value.
