With one of the sweetest voices you can hear over the phone, Bianca is a valuable addition to our call center team. She brings with her a wealth of management experience, gained as a shift lead at Starbucks. Through this role, she honed her skills in time management, customer service, and handling complex situations.

Bianca dedicates herself every day to alleviating our customers' concerns, providing them with peace of mind by assuring them that they are in good hands with our company. She particularly enjoys the opportunity to help customers daily and to work alongside her colleagues.

Outside of work, Bianca is passionate about astronomy and the medical field. She also enjoys learning new languages, playing hockey, and spending time with her cat, Saya.
