Challenge

The main problem in this house in Lorraine was the lack of insulation in the attic of Mr. Fiset's place. It had 10 in’’ and less of fiberglass insulation.

This was affecting the comfort of his home, in addition he started noticing that his energy costs were getting higher than normal.

Solution

The solution

- Seal air leaks on the floor such as joints and holes with our polyurethane foam.

- Add ventilation mats for good attic ventilation.

- Blow just over 16" of cellulose fibers for an R-60 value.
