The attic of Mr. Lebel's house was poorly insulated. His home had become uncomfortable and the heating costs were getting high. He called in a RénoClimat inspector to assess his attic. A low R value of R17 was found. This is insufficient to insulate an attic of a house in Quebec. The inspector recommended that he insulate his attic and have at least a value of R50.
Mr. Lebel therefore called Systèmes Éconergie for a free estimate of his attic. Our complete insulation service including attic sealing and insulation gives an R60 value to the attic. It is with this service that our client has proceeded.
