Cellulose insulation in Brossard, Qc

Problem

Mrs. Rao had not re-insulated her attic for more than 10 years.

Solution

Remove the old fiberglass insulation, plug all the air leaks in the attic such as the joints, the holes that were made for the recessed lights and the wires. Then blow in 16 in. of fibers of cellulose for a value of R60.

Attic insulation with cellulose in Brossard, Qc

The problem: This client from Brossard had an attic that was not insulated well. It had old fiberglass and it wasn't optimal for this attic. Also, the client was feeling that his rooms upstairs were not comfortable. During winter they were cold and in the summer they were really hot. Something not right was happening in this attic.

The solution: We remove all the old isolation, after this, we seal off all cracks that happen to leaks air with expandable foam. After, we blown over 16 inches of cellulose to achieve R60 of value.

Mold in the attic because of poor ventilation and low insulation.

Perfect Attic Insulation in Greenfield Park, QC

The spectacular transformation we brought to the attic of a Greenfield Park home! Before our intervention, the household suffered from excessive drafts, exorbitant winter electricity bills, and even worrisome mold stains. Our team intervened with innovative solutions. We removed the old insulation, revealing hidden air leaks, then applied our Mold-X2 product to eliminate any trace of mold. Next, we sealed every hole, including the attic access hatch, ensuring airtight insulation. Finally, thanks to our TruSoft cellulose insulation, we achieved superior insulation quality.

Attic insulation in Terrebonne, Qc

The problem

The attic’s insulation of Mr. Gagnon's house was insufficient. There were only 10 in. and less fiberglass mats, which was equivalent to an R-25 value. This made her home uncomfortable, rooms were often too hot in summer and too cold in winter, and her house’s energy costs were very high.

The solution

Reinsulate the attic to achieve an R-60 value and thus make the house more comfortable and energy efficient.

We sealed all the air leaks on the attic floor, insulated the duct system as well as the chimney and insulated the vertical wall separating two attic levels. Then we installed vents all the way through the soffits and then blew just over 16” of cellulose fiber.
