Gabriela has joined the team of Système Sous-sol Québec as the Customer service supervisor. She has many years of experience in this type of role, before joining us she was a supervisor for a call center for five years. She was in charge of creating daily, weekly, and annuals reports. She had to fix the objectives and make sure her team achieved the goals. Also, she was in charge of training her team for the new employees and actuals members too. She knows how to create a great climate of work and spread her great energy to the whole team. As for her academic achievement, she has a AEC in work management.
