Challenge
Our customer, living in Bois-Des-Filion, requested an inspection of his moldy attic. We identified several sources of air leakage within the attic, as well as mold on the ceiling.
Solution
The old insulation was removed. The mold was neutralized. We eliminated all air leaks by sealing all holes via pipes, flushes and ducts. Finally, we installed the new cellulose-fibre insulation, to achieve a thermal value of R60.
