Fady Younan

Fady Younan is our sales trainer, living in Laval. With exceptional experience in customer experience and business development, Fady has mastered unique communication and presentation skills, which optimize his performance in his daily tasks.

In his daily work, Fady leads training sessions for our specialists, helping them carefully assess the needs and preferences of our clients during inspections, before proposing tailored solutions. This role allows him to leverage his strong sales skills and technical knowledge, ensuring that each solution is perfectly suited to the client's requirements.

Fady enjoys helping specialists become familiar with our systems and procedures for finding solutions to their problems and concerns. According to Fady, every inspection is an opportunity to meet people from different cultures and tackle unique challenges. Being part of a highly professional team and engaging in continuous learning are also aspects that Fady deeply values.

Outside of work, Fady enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his children. Additionally, he stays fit primarily by playing basketball and participating in other sports activities.
