Over the last few years, Nancy was working as a supervisor in a call center. She was doing a lot of coaching for her employees. She was also in charge of the schedule of the employees. Nancy was always making sure that all of the staff members know well all procedures and be well organized in their work. Plus, if one of them needed assistance with a customer, she would help them to be sure that the client has a good service.
